Pam Hughes
Even in the current economic down turn, Heritage Texas Properties Realtor, Pam Hughes, has been able to come out on top as one of Houston's premiere real estate agents. "I've just had my best first quarter in 20 years!" Hughes said. Pam is a native of Australia and has called Houston home for almost three decades. She and her husband Bob are both veterans, Pam the Royal Australian Navy and Bob, the US Navy. She credits part of her success to her selling philosophy. According to Pam, success as a Realtor is responsibly matching housing to people's lifestyles and recognizing that the largest transaction most adults will make is becoming a homeowner. Maintaining good relationships with both business partners and clients has secured her reputation as sought-after Realtor. "After 25 years, you either build a (good) reputation or you're out of the business." Pam said. Pam is proof that a good reputation can take you a long way. Completing 60 transactions a year and was twice named one of Houston's 25 to agents by The Houston Business Journal. She is a strong believer in furthering her credibility as a Realtor and has continued her education in real estate. Pam holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and the Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI) designation. Pam's top priority as a Realtor has always been her clients, no matter if they are first time buyers, prior move-ups or anything in between. Pam is equally committed to every client. When Pam is not busy selling homes throughout Houston, she is a loving wife, mother, grandmother and an active member within her community. Some of Pam's community activities include teaching a weekly Bible Study for third graders, being a member of The Houston Northwest Chamber of Commerce, the Cypress Woodlands Junior Forum, the Centrum Arts League. She is also a founding board member of the Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts at Cypress Creek and serves on the Endowment Board of NAM. At least once a month, Pam volunteers at Houston National Cemetery to honor our departed Veterans.
